Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. After processing and shipping your order, and email will be sent to you. Please be aware orders might take a little longer during holidays and busy sales periods.
Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is approximate and based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to decline or continue with the completion of your order.
Back order and waitlist
If an item goes on back order we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship the rest of your order to you. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Items that are waitlisted are items that will be available in stock soon, if an item is tagged as a waitlist item you can pre-pay and it will be shipped to you immediately it is in stock. Waitlisted items will not adhere to our standard processing time of 3-7 business days.
